The Training Source, Inc. was founded in 1993 by its current Executive Director, Evelyn Kim Rhim.  The vision for The Training Source grew from a desire to earn a living by sharing her skills and knowledge with those whose personal and professional growth and development would be enhanced by her assistance. She requires this vision to also be present in all employees of The Training Source. The Training Source is incorporated as a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization. It is committed to the utilization of funds from fee-based activities to provide training services to unemployed citizens and others who cannot afford to pay for training. 

The Training Source provides Personal, Professional, and Computer Skills Training Services; Training Needs Assessments, and Job Preparation and Placement Assistance Services. These services have been delivered to state and local governments, small and large organizations, and individuals, all with extremely favorable feedback.
